To schedule an appointment, please call 715-848-4884 weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to complete any paperwork. If your care includes medications, please bring your current medications in their bottles or a list with you.

All services are provided by appointment, including urgent primary care and emergency dental care. 

After 5 PM and on weekends/holidays:

• General health concerns, call 715-848-4884 to access the after-hours line.
• Health emergencies, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• Mental health concerns, call 9-8-8 for the national suicide and crisis line, 9-1-1 for police or medical assistance, or 715-845-4326 for the county’s crisis team.

Bridge Clinic is closed on holidays so that staff have time with family and friends. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, Bridge Clinic closes the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, Bridge Clinic closes the Monday after.
